Residential Business definition

Residential Business means the business and operations of Residential and its Subsidiaries conducted (i) prior to the Separation, by ALTISOURCE and certain members of the ALTISOURCE Group, and (ii) from and after the Separation, by the Residential Group, including the businesses contributed by ALTISOURCE to Residential pursuant to Article II.
Residential Business means an accessory land use conducted in a Dwelling Unit by the resident of the Dwelling Unit for monetary gain.
Residential Business means the business of the Residential Debtors and Encompass currently conducted as the "Residential Group of Encompass Services," including, without limitation, all businesses of the Residential Debtors and the portion of the business of Encompass that is related to providing residential heating, ventilating and air conditioning and plumbing services and any other services ancillary thereto.
