Residential Customer definition

Residential Customer means a customer who consumes gas solely for domestic use.
Residential Customer means a person to whom telecommunication services are furnished predominantly for personal or domestic purposes at the person's dwelling.
Residential Customer means a person receiving gas, electric, water or sanitary sewer utility service for household purposes furnished to a dwelling of one or two units that is billed under a residential rate.

  • Business Customer means a customer who is not a Residential Customer.

  • Income Assistance Service Provision (RIA): When service is provided to a Residential Customer, where total household income does not exceed 150% of the Federal Poverty level, a credit shall be applied during all billing months.

Residential Customer means a person whose utility service is provided to that person's primary single unit dwelling place on a permanent basis.
Residential Customer means a DRAM Resource Customer which is a Single Family or Multi-Family Dwelling customer on a Domestic rate, including RV Parks, Residential Hotels, and Mobile Home Parks and includes electric vehicle charging for customers on Domestic Rate if separately metered, as such capitalized terms are defined in Rule 1.

Residential Customer means Customer using gas in a single-family residential dwelling or unit for space heating, air conditioning, cooking, water heating, incineration, refrigeration, laundry drying, lighting, incidental heating, or other domestic purposes. Residential Customer means a Customer taking service under AEP Ohio’s residential rates (Ohio Power Rate Zone: Rate RS, Rate RS-ES, Rate XX-XXX or Rate RDMS; Columbus Southern Power Rate Zone: Rate R-R, Rate R-R-1, Rate RLM, Rate RS-ES, Rate XX-XXX, Rate RS-TOD2, Rate CPP or Rate RS-RTP).
Residential Customer means a Customer taking service under Duke Energy Ohio’s residential rates (Rate RS, Rate ORH, Rate TD, Rate TD-13, Rate RS3P or Rate RSLI).
