Residential Customers definition

Residential Customers means the existing and future residential consumers of electricity, as identified in the Financing Order, located in the service territory in which the Seller provided electricity services as of December 20, 1995.

Residential Customers means persons to whom telecommunica- tion services are furnished at a dwelling and which are used for personal or domestic purposes and not for business, professional or institutional pur- poses.
