Residential Customers definition

Residential Customers means the existing and future residential consumers of electricity, as identified in the Financing Order, located in the service territory in which the Seller provided electricity services as of December 20, 1995.
Residential Customers means any customer of the solid waste collection provider for residential type customers of single-family residential structures, including mobile homes and duplexes, tri-plexes and four-plexes where each residential unit is billed individually, except that the term does not include multiple unit residences with five or more attached or unattached units billed collectively.
Residential Customers means all customers assigned to AE’s Residential rate class.

Residential Customers. All residential customers shall be on credit card payment. We will bill in advance for recurring charges and in arrears for any usage-overage and other nonrecurring charges, except that the first billing statement will include the first period’s recurring charges. If your credit card is cancelled, you must provide us with a substitute card before the end of the month. If your credit card is declined, your international calling privileges are immediately suspended. You will be notified by email and you will have 48 hours to call our support line and supply us with a new credit card number. PORTAL ONE may, on its sole discretion, move customers to a fully pre-paid model where customer must pre-pay for both regular service and maintain a balance in order to make long distance calls.
Residential Customers means any individual homeowners who use or maintain places of primary or part-time residence within the corporate limits of the District.
