Residential Floor Area definition

Residential Floor Area means all of the square footage of living area within the perimeter of a residential structure, not including any carport, walkway, garage, overhang, patio, enclosed patio, or similar area. The determination of Residential Floor Area shall be made by reference to the building permit(s) issued for such Assessor’s Parcel.
Residential Floor Area means all of the square footage of living area within the perimeter of a residential dwelling unit, not including any carport, walkway, garage, overhang, patio, enclosed patio, or similar area. The CFD Administrator shall determine the Residential Floor Area based upon the Building Permit issued for such residential dwelling unit.

First floor patios are not included in Residential Floor Area, as they are not part of the Total Project Square Footage. Carports and/or Garages attached to a Unit are not included in Residential Floor Area.

  • Up to fifteen (15) points will be awarded to Projects that demonstrate the percentage of the building dedicated to residential Units calculated as follows: the Residential Floor Area divided by the Total Project Square Footage.ADOH will score Building Efficiency based upon the Form 12-1.

  • A Porch or Deck of up to 100 square feet may be included in the Eligible Basis of the Project and included in the Residential Floor Area for purposes of calculating the building efficiency in the Building Efficiency scoring category.

Residential Floor Area means all of the square footage of living area within the perimeter of a residential structure, not including any carport, walkway, garage, overhang, patio, enclosed patio, or similar area. The determination of Residential Floor Area for an Assessor’s Parcel shall be as set forth in the building permit(s) issued for such Assessor’s Parcel and/or as set forth in the appropriate records kept by the Building and Safety Department of the City, or other applicable City department, as determined by the CFD Administrator.
Residential Floor Area means the total net square footage of the floor space (paint to paint of the interior walls) in all Units including closets within the Units and balconies and/or porches attached to the Units for the sole use of the tenants occupying the Units.
Residential Floor Area means all of the square footage of usable area within the perimeter of a residential structure, not including any carport, walkway, garage, overhang, or similar area. The determination of Residential Floor Area shall be made by reference to the livable space as identified on the building permit(s) issued for such Assessor’s Parcel or other data that may be furnished to the CFD Administrator by the Property Owner or City.
