Residential Lots definition

Residential Lots means all Lots on DP [TBC] excluding any Lot shown as Kiosk Site, Road or Reserve.
Residential Lots means any parcel of land of five acres or less, any point on the boundary line of which is less than one-half mile from any point on the boundary line of another such lot in the same tract, unless any such lot may not legally be used for residential purposes. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the term "residential" shall include temporary, seasonal and permanent residential use.
Residential Lots. (as such quoted term is defined in Recital A of the Original Option Agreement) within the Community. No sales of Residential Lots occurred under the Lot Purchase Alternative.

More Definitions of Residential Lots

Residential Lots means Lot 10000, Lot 521 and the lots or units created by Stages 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10,11, 12, 13 intended for new residential dwellings;
Residential Lots means developed and undeveloped lots for single family dwellings located within Parcel 1 set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto.
Residential Lots as used herein, means all of the lots now or hereafter platted on the existing property or the additions thereto, with the exception of (1) the common properties, and (2) all properties to be used for shopping center and professional office complex development, for multiple family dwelling and for churches and church purposes. No structures or buildings of any kind shall be erected, altered, placed or permitted to remain on any residential lot other than one detached single-family dwelling for single-family occupancy only, not to exceed two stories in height with a private garage or carport for not more than three standard size passenger automobiles.
Residential Lots has the meaning set forth in Section 8.3(a).

Residential Lots means Lots intended for development, use and occupancy as a Dwelling, including Detached Residential Lots, Golf Course Lots, and Townhouse Lots.
