Residential Owner definition

Residential Owner means a person who has legal possession of residential real property, including any person authorized by such residential owner to act on the residential owner’s behalf; and

Residential Owner means the owner of any Residential Premises in the city.

Residential Owner means 731 Residential LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, together with its permitted successors and assigns.

Residential Owner means PrairieFire Apartments, LLC, or an owner/operator with similar qualifications, experience and financial responsibility, Developer's agent for the design, construction and operation of the Residential Units as set forth in Section 7.02(d) hereof.
