Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained, except as provided in any Guaranty or in the Environmental Indemnity, no direct or indirect member of Residential Owner or Commercial Owner, nor any principal, director, officer or employee of any such member, shall have any personal liability under the Loan Documents.
