Residential Units definition

Residential Units means individually or collectively (as the context requires), any or all residential apartment unit(s) in the Project.
Residential Units means the living units within the Demised Premises described in Section 3.7 below;
Residential Units means whole ownership residential units, including single family homes, condominium units, or other housing units which are owned on a whole (not fractional) ownership basis.

Examples of Residential Units in a sentence

  • The Town shall bill the Residential Units for the services provided.

  • The number of Residential Units within the Town may change during the life of the Contract.

  • Subject to the provisions of law and this Lease, Xxxxxx agrees that the Premises shall be used solely for the construction, management and operation of the Project (as more particularly described in Exhibit B-1, attached hereto and made a part hereof), the leasing of Residential Units to Residential Tenants (and incidental uses ancillary thereto) and the leasing of certain of the Public Use Improvements (where applicable), and for no other purpose.

  • The Contractor shall not skip a week of Scheduled Collection for Residential Units or Town Facilities regardless of weather conditions or Holidays, unless approved by the Town in writing.

  • Increase in the number of Residential Units shall be determined quarterly by the Town and shall be based on the number of new homes constructed and occupied as determined by the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for new residential housing for those homes qualifying for trash collection and recycling under the definition of Residential Unit.


More Definitions of Residential Units

Residential Units means, collectively, (a) each skilled nursing bed, Alzheimer’s unit and/or assisted living unit authorized under the Primary Licenses and (b) each independent living unit comprising the Projects.
Residential Units means flat(s) (including all the internal walls but in the case of a party wall (if any), only the non-structural or non-load bearing part(s) thereof and up to the mid point of it), the finishes of the ceilings, the finishes of the floor slabs and the finishes of the structural columns, all the window frames and glass and the drying rack(s) (if any) within or appertaining to the flat(s) within the Residential Blocks;
Residential Units. The [XX number] residential properties forming part of the Development which includes the Other Units and the Affordable Housing Units (as both are defined in Schedule 1) and “Residential Unit” will be interpreted accordingly
Residential Units means single-family and two-family dwelling units. The number of Residential Units shall equal the number of such dwelling units located on an Improved Lot.
Residential Units means an individual lot of land for which a building permit could be issued to construct one or more residential dwelling units.
Residential Units means and includes all single-unit residential buildings, and multi-unit residential buildings containing seven (7) dwelling units or fewer within the City Limits, subject to certain exceptions and/or City-granted variances as provided in Sections 12-29 and 12-30 of the Fort Xxxxxxx Municipal Code. Residential Units also include residences of Service Opt-in Customers.
Residential Units means any Unit or Units designated for residential use in the Offering Plan.
