Residual Certificateholder definition

Residual Certificateholder means each person in whose name a Residual Pass-through Certificate is registered on the Certificate Register.
Residual Certificateholder. As set forth in Exhibit I to the Declaration of Trust.
Residual Certificateholder. Holder of the Residual Certificate.
