Residual Period definition

Residual Period means the remaining period out of the total period not exceeding ten years, from the date of commencement of commercial production, as specified under the relevant notification listed in paragraph 2, during which the eligible unit would have been eligible to avail exemption for the specified goods. The documentary evidence regarding date of commercial production shall be submitted in terms of para 5.7.
Residual Period shall extend for six (6) months from the earlier of the date of termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Residual Period means that part of the year falling outside of the Academic Year;

More Definitions of Residual Period

Residual Period means the period beginning on the date of termination of the Merger Agreement and ending 12 months thereafter; provided, however, that if within such 12 month-period the Company or any of its Subsidiaries enters into an Acquisition Agreement contemplated under clause (i)(A)(2) of Section 2(h), then the Residual Period shall not end until the date that is 24 months and three days after the termination of the Merger Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement shall not terminate (i) with respect to any Option Exercise made prior to the date of termination of the Merger Agreement until the sale, transfer and delivery of the Subject Shares with respect to such Option Exercise have been effected, and (ii) with respect to Section 2(j) until the Offer is terminated or has expired. No termination of this Agreement shall relieve any party hereto from any liability for any breach of any provision of this Agreement prior to termination.
Residual Period means, with respect to each Product, the period beginning upon the expiration of the Active Detailing Period for such Product and continuing until the *** of such date.
