Residual Waste definition

Residual Waste means low-level radioactive waste resulting from processing or decontamination activities that cannot be easily separated into distinct batches attributable to specific waste generators. This waste is attributable to the processor or decontamination facility, as applicable.
Residual Waste means and includes the waste and rejects from the solid waste processing facilities which are not suitable for recycling or further processing;
Residual Waste or “Residue” means those materials which, after Processing, are Disposed

  • The Councils have agreed to work together in a partnering relationship to jointly procure a residual waste treatment facility and deliver residual waste treatment services (the "Solution") in furtherance of the objectives of the North Wales Residual Waste Treatment Partnership (the "Partnership") and the project known as the North Wales Residual Waste Treatment Project (the "Project").
