Resignation of Trustee. Any Trustee hereunder may resign by a notice in writing delivered to the Grantor, if the Grantor is then living, and, after the Grantor’s death, to all current Beneficiaries of the Trust.
Resignation of Trustee. The Trustee or any successor trustee may resign as Trustee of the Trust created by this Trust Agreement by giving notice to the Unitholders and to the Manager not less than 90 days prior to the date when such resignation shall take effect. Such resignation shall take effect on the date specified in such notice unless at or prior to such date a successor trustee is appointed by the Manager in which case such resignation shall take effect immediately upon the appointment of such successor trustee.
Resignation of Trustee. The Trustee may resign at any time by written notice to the Company, which shall be effective 60 days after receipt of such notice unless the Company and the Trustee agree otherwise.

The Trustee may resign at any time by giving sixty (60) calendar days' prior written notice to the Bank, and the Trustee may be removed, with or without cause, by the Bank on sixty (60) calendar days' prior written notice to the Trustee. Such prior written notice may be waived by the party entitled to receive it. Upon any such resignation or removal becoming effective, the Trustee shall render to the Committee a written account of its administration of the Fund for the period since the last written accounting and shall do all necessary acts to transfer the assets of the Fund to the successor Trustee or Trustees.
Resignation of Trustee. The Trustee may resign by giving thirty (30) days advance written notice of its resignation to the Stockholders.
Resignation of Trustee. A Trustee may resign by giving written notice of such resignation to the Administrative Agent, which notice must state the date of resignation. Upon receipt of such notice, the Administrative Agent will promptly notify all the other Trustees and the Union. The resignation will become effective on the date set out in paragraph 3.5(a)(ii).
Resignation of Trustee. Any Trustee may resign by writing filed among the trust papers effective upon the trustees’ discharge. The resigning Trustee, or other interested party, shall provide notice to all adult income beneficiaries and other adult beneficiaries of the Trust. The resignation shall be effective upon agreement of all parties entitled to notice, or thirty days after notice, whichever occurs first.
Resignation of Trustee. If the Trustee at any time, in its sole discretion, deems it necessary or advisable to resign as the Trustee hereunder, it may do so by giving prior written notice of such event to SE Global, and the Shareholders and thereafter delivering the Pooled Shares to any other agent designated by SE Global and the Shareholders as communicated to the Trustee in writing, and if no such agent shall be designated by SE Global and the Shareholders within 60 calendar days of such written notice, then the Trustee may do so by delivering the Pooled Shares either (a) to any bank or trust located in the State of Utah which is willing to act as Trustee hereunder in its place (provided that the fees charged by such bank or trust company are not in excess of the fees charged by the Trustee for its services hereunder) or (b) if no such bank or trust company can be retained within a reasonable period after such 60 calendar day period after the delivery by the Trustee of its written notice, then the Trustee shall seek the appointment of its successor as prescribed by the clerk or other proper officer of a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of Utah to the extent permitted by law (any such successor to the Trustee, whether designated by SE Global and the Shareholders or pursuant to the clause above or otherwise, is hereinafter referred to as the "Successor Agent"). The costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses) incurred by the Trustee in connection with such proceeding for the appointment of a Successor Agent shall be paid by SE Global. SE Global and the Shareholders may, at any time after the date hereof, upon 30 calendar day's prior written notice to the Trustee, appoint a Successor Agent for the resignation or removal of the Trustee, whereupon the Trustee shall deliver the Pooled Shares to such Successor Agent, as provided below. The reasonable fees of any Successor Agent shall be borne by SE Global. Upon receipt of the identity of the Successor Agent, the Trustee shall deliver the Pooled Shares then held hereunder to the Successor Agent. Resignation of Trustee. (a) The Trustee shall have the right to resign as Trustee hereunder at any time by notice to the Trust Interest holders, such resignation to be effective at such time as a successor Trustee accepts this Agreement pursuant to Section 14.(c).
(b) In the event of the resignation or inability of the Trustee to serve for any reason, the successor to the Trustee shall be the person appointed by the Trustee to serve as successor to the Trustee. Should the Trustee cease to serve without having appointed a successor, the holders of Trust Interests shall hold a meeting within sixty (60) days after the death of the Trustee for the purpose of electing a successor, or as soon thereafter as practicable. Notice of such meeting shall be delivered to each Trust Interest holder not less than ten (10) days prior thereto. The successor to the Trustee shall be the person appointed by the affirmative vote of the holders of a majority of the then outstanding Trust Interests.
(c) Any person appointed as a successor Trustee hereunder shall become a Trustee only upon written acceptance of this Agreement and the rights, powers, duties and obligations of the Trustee hereunder, and the delivery of such acceptance to the preceding Trustee (if then living) and the Trust Interest holders. Each successor Trustee shall have the same rights, powers, duties and obligations as the Trustee whom such successor succeeds.
Resignation of Trustee. The Trustee may resign, effective upon qualification of its successor, at any time, without stating cause by giving written notice to the Beneficiary, to the Grantor/Settlor, if living, and to any other Trustee then serving. Upon receipt of such notice, the person(s) then entitled to remove a Trustee may select and designate in writing a successor Trustee pursuant to Article VI to serve hereunder in a reasonable time.
