Resolution Event definition

Resolution Event means that a determination has been made by the Danish Resolution Authority that the conditions for resolution in accordance with section 4 of the Danish Recovery and Resolution Act have been satisfied;
Resolution Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events no later than two business days prior to the Voting Deadline: (i) an order of the Bankruptcy Court is entered allowing such Claim pursuant to section 502(b) of the Bankruptcy Code, after notice and a hearing; (ii) an order of the Bankruptcy Court is entered temporarily allowing such Claim for voting purposes only pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 3018(a), after notice and a hearing; (iii) a stipulation or other agreement is executed between the holder of such Claim and the Debtors resolving the objection and allowing such Claim in an agreed upon amount; or (iv) the pending objection is voluntarily withdrawn by the objecting party. No later than one business day following the occurrence of a Resolution Event, the Debtors shall cause the Notice, Claims, and Balloting Agent to distribute via email, hand delivery, or overnight courier service a Solicitation Package and a pre-addressed, postage pre-paid envelope to the relevant holder.
Resolution Event means the bankruptcy, insolvency, liquidation, receivership, unwinding or other restructuring of a Relevant Participant, or of the parent company or group holding company of such Relevant Participant, to the extent this has a direct impact on the Relevant Participant.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Cumulative Outstanding GARE Losses shall be carried over year-to-year and recalculated as of January 1st of each calendar year following a Global Asbestos Resolution Event, until the earlier of (i) the year that there are no Cumulative Outstanding GARE Losses or (ii) the Termination Date.

  • If a Global Asbestos Resolution Event has not occurred, Payor shall make the payments to Payee set forth in this Section 2.3.

  • If a Global Asbestos Resolution Event has occurred, beginning on January 1st of the calendar year following such Global Asbestos Resolution Event, Payor shall pay Payee as set forth in this Section 2.4.

  • In the event of a Special Resolution Event, or if Fund or NPM terminates the Agreement as permitted herein, Fund will use all reasonable efforts to transition Fund off of the NPM Platform and wind down any existing NPM Services, and NPM shall provide reasonable assistance to Fund to aid in such transition.

Resolution Event means the starting of a resolution procedure vis-à-vis the Issuer pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 180/2015 and subject to the relevant implementing measures adopted by the competent resolution authority.
Resolution Event means, with respect to a Disputed Claim that is the subject of an objection other than a “reclassify” or “reduce and allow” objection, the occurrence of one or more of the following events on or before the Voting Resolution Event Deadline:
