RESOLUTION OF DISPUTE. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania by arbitration in accordance with the Pennsylvania Uniform Arbitration Act, (73 Pa.C.S.A. §7301, et seq.). A single arbitrator shall hear this matter. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement, and the sale and all transactions between the Buyers and the Sellers will be governed, construed and BLOOD TYPING & MICRO-CHIPPING: Seller shall warrant that all alpacas made available for sale at the auction shall be AOA Registered, Blood Typed and Micro-chipped. AUTHORIZED AGENTS: Persons acting as agents must be indicated as such when signing the Acknowledgement of Purchase, and the Host and Seller may rely on such agency representation and Buyer shall be bound by the acts of its agent.
RESOLUTION OF DISPUTE. Any dispute arising out of the performance of this contract shall be resolved by the Parties through mutual negotiation, or through mediation made by the local company registry, or, in case of failed negotiation and mediation, be resolved in the manner No. a) as follows: a) arbitration by the local arbitration committee; or b) bringing a lawsuit to the People’s Court.

An equitable adjustment in the Centralized Contract terms and/or pricing made by the Commissioner during a Force Majeure event.

  • Disagreement means a difference of opinion between personnel of a reporting issuer responsible for finalizing the reporting issuer’s financial statements and the personnel of a predecessor auditor responsible for authorizing the issuance of audit reports on the reporting issuer’s financial statements or authorizing the communication of the results of the auditor’s review of the reporting issuer’s interim financial report, if the difference of opinion

  • Expedited Dispute Timetable means the accelerated timetable for the resolution of disputes as set out in paragraph 2.6;

  • Legal Dispute means any action, suit or proceeding between or among the Parties arising in connection with any disagreement, dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or any related document.

  • Relevant Dispute means any difference between the parties arising out of or in connection with this contract; "Relevant Force Majeure Event" has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 17.1;

  • Dispute Resolution Procedure means the procedure for resolving disputes as set out in Clause 17 (Dispute Resolution);

  • Reconciliation Dispute has the meaning set forth in Section 7.9 of this Agreement.

  • Resolution Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c)(ii).

  • Tax Dispute has the meaning set forth in Section 5.06.

  • Notice of Arbitration means the formal notice from the CONTRACTOR or the CUSTOMER to the other party referring a dispute to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2-9.

  • Alternative dispute resolution means mediation, arbitration, conciliation, or other nonjudicial procedure that involves a neutral party in the decisionmaking process. The form of alternative dispute resolution chosen pursuant to this article may be binding or nonbinding, with the voluntary consent of the parties.

  • Technical Dispute has the meaning specified in Section 12.2;

  • resolution action means the decision to place an institution or entity referred to in point (b), (c) or (d) of Article 1(1) under resolution pursuant to Article 32 or 33, the application of a resolution tool, or the exercise of one or more resolution powers;

  • Resolution shall have the meaning specified in Section 8(E).

  • Dispute Notice means a written notice served by one Party on the other stating that the Party serving the notice believes that there is a Dispute;
