Respiratory Therapy Services means the services to be provided by the Service Provider to Patients and as set out in this Services Schedule;

  • A request for Urgent Respiratory Therapy Services made pursuant to SS Section 2.4.3(1)(b) shall be paid at a Special Rate-Fixed Period or Special Rate-Hourly as specified in the Price Form.
