Response Actions definition

Response Actions means remove, removal, remedy, and remedial action as those terms are defined in CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. Section 9601.
Response Actions means the activities defined in 42 U.S.C. § 9601(25) of CERCLA.

Response Actions. Means a method, including removal, encapsulation, enclosure, repair, or operations and maintenance, that protects human health and the environment from friable ACM. (5-18-92)
