Response Notice definition

Response Notice is defined in Section 14.3(b)(ii).

Examples of Response Notice in a sentence

• The City Option may be exercised by the City or its assignee in the City Response Notice, as described in Section 8 above, to be sent by the City to the Owner within thirty (30) days of the City's receipt of a complete Owner's Notice of Intent to Transfer.
