Response Period definition

Response Period has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6(a).

Examples of Response Period in a sentence

  • If Buyer provides written objections to Seller, Buyer and Seller shall have ten (10) calendar days after Seller's receipt of Buyer's objections (the "Response Period") in which to agree in writing upon the manner of resolving Buyer's objections.
