Response Period definition

Response Period has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6(a).

Examples of Response Period in a sentence

  • If any Indemnitor fails to give a Claim Response within the Response Period, such Indemnitor shall be deemed not to dispute the claim described in the related Claim Notice.
