Responsible Municipal Official definition

Responsible Municipal Official means the Municipality’s Senior Manager or Manager responsible for a particular Program and Service and includes his or her designate or successor; 2.   • Information Commissioner means the UK Information Commissioner and any successor;

  • Department Representative means an individual who represents the Department and presents the Department’s position in a hearing.

  • Responsible Offeror means an Offeror who submits a responsive proposal and who has furnished, when required, information and data to prove that his financial resources, production or service facilities, personnel, service reputation and experience are adequate to make satisfactory delivery of the services, or items of tangible personal property described in the proposal.
