Each Guarantor shall give prompt written notice to a Responsible Officer of the Trustee and any paying agent of any default under any Senior Indebtedness of the relevant Guarantor or under any agreement pursuant to which any Senior Indebtedness of the relevant Guarantor may have been issued.
