Restatement Agreement definition

Restatement Agreement has the meaning set forth in the introductory statement of this Agreement.
Restatement Agreement means the Restatement Agreement to the Existing Credit Agreement dated as of June 30, 2017 by and among each of the Loan Parties party thereto, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.
