Restaurant Business definition

Restaurant Business means the business of franchising, licensing or owning Branded Restaurants located in the United States, the manufacturing and sale of Products for use at Branded Restaurants located in the United States and the provision of ancillary goods and services in connection therewith.
Restaurant Business means any business activity associated with the operation, development, franchising and licensing of restaurants (including the casual dining restaurants and PepsiCo Food Systems), as determined by the PepsiCo Vice President, Tax in accordance with past practice.

  • If Licensor, in its reasonable discretion, determines that the SGM Breach was predominantly caused by factors beyond Licensee’s reasonable control, Licensor shall waive the SGM Breach with respect to the relevant Brand Restaurant Business and shall provide written notice to Licensee so indicating within thirty (30) days after receipt of the SGM Calculation Statement.
