Restaurant Concept. With respect to any properties operated within the Restaurants Business Sector, any chain of properties that share substantially the same characteristics.

  • In accordance with that certain Restaurant Concept Development Agreement dated as of February, 1998, as amended from time to time, by and between Seller and Columbus Restaurant Development Company, Ltd.

  • It is agreed that a uniform automated point-of-sales solutions as the Licensee deems appropriate from time to time shall be subscribed, installed and used for the restaurant business with the Restaurant Concept using Morganfield’s Trademarks for the purposes of streamlining the automated solutions for point-of-sales programs and enhancing the brand value of Morganfield’s Trademarks.

  • The Licensee is responsible for the development of the restaurant business with the Restaurant Concept using Morganfield’s Trademarks at its own expense.

  • Any change with respect to the Signature Restaurant Concept, the Lobby Pub Concept and/or the Pool Bar Concept shall automatically be a Manager Concept.

  • Moreover, as set forth in Section 1 of the Restaurant Concept Agreement, Licensor represents and warrants that all actions necessary to obtain the approval and consent of the various Partnerships to the transfer and assignment of the Concepts was taken prior to the execution of this Agreement.

  • The consideration for this Agreement is as set forth in the Restaurant Concept Agreement.
