A Business Sector comprised of facilities at which operators provide food services where patrons generally order or select items and pay before eating and that are classified under either of the following NAICS codes:limited-service restaurants (NAICS 722513) and snack and nonalcoholic beverage bars (NAICS 722515). “Specialty Retail”: A Business Sector comprised of retailers engaged in the sale of new specialty products and that are classified under either of the following NAICS codes: all other home furnishing stores (NAICS 442299) and nursery, garden center and farm supply stores (NAICS 444220).
