Restoration Costs definition

Restoration Costs has the meaning set forth in Section 5.06(a).
Restoration Costs means the cost to repair or restore (as reasonably determined by an architect or engineer selected by Seller and approved by Purchaser, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) the damage to the Building caused by a fire or other casualty, exclusive of the cost of any such repair or restoration for which Seller, as the landlord under any Lease, is not responsible.
Restoration Costs means the actual, reasonable and necessary costs “You” incur to replace, restore, or re-create “Your” “Digital Assets” to the level or condition at which they existed prior to sustaining any “Loss”. If such “Digital Assets” cannot be replaced, restored or recreated, then “Restoration Costs” will be limited to the actual, reasonable and necessary costs “You” incur to reach this determination. “Restoration Costs” do not include:

Examples of Restoration Costs in a sentence

  • We will pay on your behalf up to an aggregate limit of liability of $250,000 for any reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by you in the use of Green Building Materials, even when the use of such materials is not necessary, as part of Restoration Costs when otherwise covered under this Policy.

  • Landlord shall make available to Tenant to pay Restoration Costs (as hereinafter defined) any insurance proceeds actually collected by Landlord allocable to the Tenant Improvements and Alterations.

  • Should the subtenant fail to timely vacate and surrender the subleased premises on or before the Early Expiration Date in the condition required under the applicable sublease, the subtenant shall be liable to the sublandlord for the Restoration Costs and all holdover and other damages the sublandlord suffers as a result of the subtenant’s failure to surrender the subleased premises on or before the Early Expiration Date.

  • Any insurance policy may be written with a deductible of not more than Twenty Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($25,000.00), provided that Tenant indemnifies, defends and holds Landlord harmless for any Restoration and Restoration Cost to the extent that the net proceeds of insurance are insufficient to pay and perform the Restoration and the Restoration Costs.


More Definitions of Restoration Costs

Restoration Costs means reasonable and necessary costs and expenses you incur, with our prior written consent:
Restoration Costs means reasonable and necessary costs incurred by the Insured with the Insurer’s written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, to repair, replace or restore real or personal property to substantially the same condition it was in prior to being damaged during work performed in the course of incurring Clean-Up Costs. However, such Restoration Costs shall not exceed the net present value of such property prior to incurring Clean- Up Costs. Restoration Costs do not include costs associated with improvements or betterments.
Restoration Costs means all costs reasonably anticipated to be incurred to perform any restoration, repair or removal work required to be performed by the lessee under the applicable Head Lease at the end of the term of such Head Lease.
Restoration Costs means costs actually incurred by Tenant in repairing and restoring the Tenant Improvements and any Alterations made by Tenant to the Premises.
Restoration Costs means the actual, reasonable and necessary costs, including the additional cost of employing temporary staff or paying overtime costs to employees, that “You” incur to replace, restore, or re-create “Your” “Digital Assets” to the level or condition at which they existed immediately prior to sustaining any alteration, destruction, damage or loss thereof, resulting from a "Security Compromise". If such “Digital Assets” cannot be replaced, restored or re-created, then “Restoration Costs” will be limited to the actual, reasonable and necessary costs “You” incur to reach this determination.
Restoration Costs means the costs and expenses of implementing Restoration Actions.
Restoration Costs shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.29 hereof.
