Restoration Notice definition

Restoration Notice means a notice under sub-paragraph (1) which imposes a requirement to take such steps as SEPA may specify, within such period as it may specify, to secure (whether in whole or in part) that the position is so far as possible restored to what it would have been if the offence had not been committed; and
Restoration Notice means: a notice served on the Company by GSK requiring that (i) GSK shall cease to be prevented from voting on items identified in limb (2) of the definition of Investor Majority Consent and/or (ii) the GSK Director shall cease to be prevented from voting on the items identified in clause 5.8;
Restoration Notice is defined in Section 10.1.1 of the Standard Lease Provisions.
