Restoration Time definition

Restoration Time means the time between an Incident or Service Requestbeing recorded by the Vocus Support Centre, and resolution of the Incident or fulfilment of the Service Request.
Restoration Time means the period of time from the problem occurrence to the time in which the service returns to operational status. This may include temporary problem circumvention / workaround and does not necessarily include root cause removal.
Restoration Time means the standard length of time taken to resolve our Service Problem as per our Service Level Agreement.

  • Target Restoration Time defines the time to restoration of service measured from the start of the service clock.

More Definitions of Restoration Time

Restoration Time means the time taken from when Interactive receives an Incident Call from the Customer, until the time the Service is Restored. RMA means Return Material Authorization and is required to return equipment to vendor.
