Restricted Classes definition

Restricted Classes. As defined in Section 4.02(e).

• If the aggregate Class Certificate Balances of the Subordinate Certificates of such Group that are not Restricted Classes are reduced to zero, notwithstanding the previous sentence, any funds remaining will be distributed sequentially to the Restricted Classes of such Group in order of their respective numerical Class designations (beginning with the Class of Restricted Certificates of the Related Group then outstanding with the lowest numerical Class designation).

• If the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the Subordinate Certificates that are not Restricted Classes is reduced to zero, notwithstanding the previous sentence, any funds remaining will be distributed sequentially to the Restricted Classes in order of their respective numerical Class designations (beginning with the Class of Restricted Certificates then outstanding with the lowest numerical Class designation).

• If the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the Subordinate Certificates that are not Restricted Classes is reduced to zero, notwithstanding the previous sentence, any funds remaining will be distributed sequentially to the Restricted Classes in order of their payment priority (beginning with the Restricted Class then outstanding highest in order of payment priority).
