More Definitions of Restricted Confidential Information

Restricted Confidential Information means any Confidential Information in written or electronic form regarding the Company, JerseyCo and their Subsidiaries furnished to Shareholders that is competitively sensitive, including strategic plans, marketing plans, pricing policies and pricing information relating to specific customers or counterparties.

Restricted Confidential Information means confidential information where especially strict handling requirements are dictated by statutes, rules, regulations or contractual agreements. Restricted Confidential Information are defined as follows:

Restricted Confidential Information means confidential information where especially strict handling requirements are dictated by statutes, rules, regulations or contractual agreements, unauthorized disclosure of which may result in enhanced legal sanctions. Restricted Confidential Information is a subset of Confidential Information and includes: (1) attorney-client privileged communications and attorney work product of Buyer; (2)
