Restricted Debt Payment definition

Restricted Debt Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 6.04(b).

Restricted Debt Payment means any payment of principal of, or any payment of any premium, if any, or interest on, or fees on, or indemnities or expenses owing to any holder of, or redemption, purchase, retirement, defeasance (including in substance or legal defeasance), sinking fund or similar payment, in each case prior to the stated maturity or due date thereof, with respect to any Junior Financing.

Restricted Debt Payment as defined in Section 7.8(a).

Examples of Restricted Debt Payment in a sentence

• It is understood and agreed that any Indebtedness, Lien, Restricted Payment, Restricted Debt Payment, Investment, Disposition and/or Affiliate transaction need not be permitted solely by reference to one category of permitted Indebtedness, Lien, Restricted Payment, Restricted Debt Payment, Investment, Disposition and/or Affiliate transaction under Sections 6.01, 6.02, 6.04, 6.05, 6.06, 6.07 or 6.09, respectively, but may instead be permitted in part under any combination thereof.

• Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the foregoing provisions of this Section 6.08 will not prohibit the payment of any Restricted Payment or Restricted Debt Payment within 60 days after the date of declaration thereof or the giving of such irrevocable notice, as applicable, if at the date of declaration or the giving of such notice such payment would have complied with the provisions of this Agreement.

• It is understood and agreed that any Indebtedness, Lien, Restricted Payment, Restricted Debt Payment, Investment and/or Disposition need not be permitted solely by reference to one category of permitted Indebtedness, Lien, Restricted Payment, Restricted Debt Payment, Investment and/or Disposition under Sections 6.01, 6.02, 6.04, 6.06 or 6.07, respectively, but may instead be permitted in part under any combination thereof or under any other available exception.

• It is understood and agreed that any Indebtedness, Lien, Restricted Payment, Restricted Debt Payment, Investment, Disposition and/or Affiliate transaction need not be permitted solely by reference to one category of permitted Indebtedness, Lien, Restricted Payment, Restricted Debt Payment, Investment, Disposition and/or Affiliate transaction under Article VI, Article II or the definition of “Incremental Cap,” respectively, but may instead be permitted in part under any combination thereof.

• It is understood and agreed that any Indebtedness, Lien, Restricted Payment, Restricted Debt Payment, Investment, Disposition and/or Affiliate transaction need not be permitted solely by reference to one category of permitted Indebtedness, Lien, Restricted Payment, Restricted Debt Payment, Investment, Disposition and/or Affiliate transaction under Article V, Article VI, Article II or the definition of “Incremental Cap,” respectively, but may instead be permitted in part under any combination thereof.

More Definitions of Restricted Debt Payment

Restricted Debt Payment is defined in Section 6.20(a) hereof.

Restricted Debt Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.19.

Restricted Debt Payment shall have the meaning provided in Section 10.5(a)(3).

Restricted Debt Payment shall have the meaning assigned to such term in paragraph (c) of the definition of “Restricted Payment”.

Restricted Debt Payment means any purchase, redemption, defeasance (including without limitation in substance or legal defeasance) or other acquisition or retirement for value, directly or indirectly, by the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary, prior to the scheduled maturity or prior to any scheduled repayment of principal or sinking fund payment, as the case may be, in respect of Subordinated Indebtedness.

Restricted Debt Payment has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.17(b).

Restricted Debt Payment has the meaning specified therefor in Section 6.4(b) of this Agreement.
