Beneficial interests in the Restricted Global Certificate and any Regulation S Global Certificate may be transferred in accordance with the rules and procedures of DTC and the provisions of Section 3.06.
The Restricted Global Certificate and Regulation S Global Certificate are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the "Global Certificates".
