Beneficial interests in the Restricted Global Certificate and any Regulation S Global Certificate may be transferred in accordance with the rules and procedures of DTC and the provisions of Section 3.06.
Beneficial interests in any Restricted Global Certificate may be held only through DTC or its participants at any time.
