Restricted Global Certificate definition

Restricted Global Certificate. Has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(c).
Restricted Global Certificate means a permanent registered global certificate which will initially represent Registered Notes issued by Rabobank Nederland which are sold in the United States to qualified institutional buyers within the meaning of Rule 144A under the United States Securities Act of 1933 (the ‘Securities Act’).
Restricted Global Certificate means a Global Certificate representing Notes sold in the United States to QIBs;

  • Beneficial interests in the Restricted Global Certificate and any Regulation S Global Certificate may be transferred in accordance with the rules and procedures of DTC and the provisions of Section 3.06.

Restricted Global Certificate has the meaning specified in Section 5.2.
