Restricted Service means restriction of the serving seafarer's employment to certain shipping trades, geographical areas, types of ships or jobs for such periods of time as may be stipulated by the approved medical practitioner;

• This Section 3.6 shall not apply to a Restricted Service so long as it remains a Restricted Service.

More Definitions of Restricted Service
