Restricted Stock Agreements definition

Restricted Stock Agreements means Restricted Stock Agreements entered into by the Company and the Executive in connection with awards under the Stock Plan, as amended from time to time.

More Definitions of Restricted Stock Agreements

Restricted Stock Agreements means the Restricted Stock Agreements by and among the Company and certain members of its management with respect to their shares of the Class A Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.
