Restricted Stock Unit Account definition

Restricted Stock Unit Account means the memorandum account maintained by the Company on behalf of each Colleague which is credited with Restricted Stock Units under this Agreement. Each Restricted Stock Unit represents the right to receive a distribution of cash in the amount of the Fair Market Value of one Share at the date of distribution as provided in the Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement and this Addendum.
Restricted Stock Unit Account or “RSU Account” means an account established on the Company’s books for each Participant who receives an Award of RSUs.
Restricted Stock Unit Account means a book account maintained by the Company reflecting the Restricted Stock Units allocated to a Participant pursuant to Section 4(b) hereof.

  • The Restricted Stock Unit Account shall be credited for any securities or other property (including regular cash dividends) distributed to the Company in respect of its Shares.

  • Any securities, cash dividends or other property credited to the Restricted Stock Unit Account other than Restricted Stock Units shall be paid in kind, or, in the discretion of the Committee, in cash.

More Definitions of Restricted Stock Unit Account

Restricted Stock Unit Account means the record keeping account where the number of Restricted Stock Units granted to a Participant are recorded.
Restricted Stock Unit Account means the account maintained with respect to each Participant under the Plan, containing the deferred Restricted Stock Units. The Restricted Stock Unit Account shall be credited in accordance with the rules in effect under Section 8.
