Restricted Territory definition

Restricted Territory means the United States of America.
Restricted Territory means the counties, towns, cities or states of any country in which the Company operates or does business.
Restricted Territory means any state, county, or locality in the United States in which the Company conducts business and any other country, city, state, jurisdiction, or territory in which the Company does business.

Restricted Territory means:
Restricted Territory means each city, county, state, territory and country in which (i) Executive provided services or had a material presence or influence at any time during the last two years of Executive’s employment or engagement with the Company or (ii) the Company is engaged in or has plans to engage in the Business as of the termination of Executive’s employment or engagement with the Company.
