Restricted use standard definition

Restricted use standard means a numeric soil remediation standard which, when achieved, restores the contaminated soil to a condition suitable for only certain specified uses.
Restricted use standard means a numeric remediation standard defined as such pursuant to the Technical Requirements for Site Remediation, at N.J.A.C. 7:26E-1.8.
Restricted use standard means a remediation standard as defined in N.J.A.C. 7:26E-1.8. "SIC" means Standard Industrial Classification.

  • Permitted User means a person other than an employee of the Company who is authorized by the Company pursuant to and in accordance with Section 2.1(a)(ii) and all applicable Documentation to access and use one or more specific Component Systems.

It does not include a person who accesses server software or an Online Service solely under a License identified in the Qualified User exemptions in the Product Terms.

  • Water-oriented use means a use that is water-dependent, water-related, or water-enjoyment, or a combination of such uses.

  • Reliability Standard means a requirement to provide for reliable operation of the bulk power system, including without limiting the foregoing requirements for the operation of existing bulk power system facilities, including cybersecurity protection, and the design of planned additions or modifications to such facilities to the extent necessary for reliable operation of the bulk power system, but shall not include any requirement to enlarge bulk power system facilities or to construct new transmission capacity or generation capacity.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.

  • Performance Standard means the acceptable range of performance for a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume that results when a Performance Corridor is applied to a Performance Target.

  • Service Area means the geographic area approved by the commissioner within which an issuer is authorized to offer a Medicare Select policy.

Master Tenant shall ensure that use of the Healthcare Facility is in accordance with the Approved Use.

  • State Standard Agreement means the form used by the State to enter into agreements with other parties. Several originally signed, fully executed versions of the State Standard Agreement, together with the integrated Contract Documents, shall each represent the Agreement as an individual “Contract Counterpart.”
