Restrictive Period definition

Restrictive Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending two (2) years after the termination of the Executive’s employment hereunder.
Restrictive Period has the meaning set forth in Section 7(c).
Restrictive Period means a period of time commencing upon the Date of Termination and expiring 24 months thereafter.

Restrictive Period means the twelve (12) month period immediately following any separation of Employee from active employment for any reason occurring during the Specified Term or the twelve (12) month period immediately following the expiration of the Specified Term.
