Restructuring Support Period definition
Restructuring Support Period means the date commencing on the date this Agreement becomes effective in accordance with Section 15 hereof and ending on the earlier of (i) the date on which this Agreement is terminated with respect to all Parties, and (ii) the Effective Date.

More Definitions of Restructuring Support Period
Restructuring Support Period means, with reference to any Party, the period commencing on the Restructuring Support Effective Date and ending on the earlier of (i) the Effective Date and (ii) the date on which this Agreement is terminated with respect to such Party in accordance with Section 6 hereof.
