Resumption Date definition

Resumption Date means the day immediately following the expiration of the time period during which Seller was restricted from effecting Sales pursuant to this Trading Plan in accordance with the Underwriting Agreement.
Resumption Date means the day immediately following the expiration of the time period during which Purchaser was restricted from effecting Purchases pursuant to this Trading Plan in accordance with the Underwriting Agreement.

Examples of Resumption Date in a sentence

  • On the applicable Payment Resumption Date, the Company shall pay all interest then accrued and unpaid on the Securities, including any Compounded Interest that shall be payable to the Holders of the Securities in whose names the Securities are registered in the Security Register on the Regular Record Date fixed for such Payment Resumption Date.

  • No interest shall be due and payable during a Deferral Period except on the Payment Resumption Date as determined pursuant to paragraph (b) of this Section 3.13.

Resumption Date has the meaning given in clause 8.5(c)(ii). Resumption Notice has the meaning given in clause 8.5(b). Resumption Trigger Event for a Train Service Type means:
