retail bank means a public limited company licensed to undertake commercial banking business with the main objective to provide services to retail customers and medium and small enterprises, and restricted on undertaking business relating to foreign currencies, derivatives and other high-risk transactions, in accordance with the rules prescribed in the notification of the Bank of Thailand.
