Retail Component definition

Retail Component has the meaning given to such term in the Retail Lease;
Retail Component means parts of the buildings in the Scheme comprising retail units as indicated on the architectural and finally on the Sectional Title Plan;
Retail Component means a three-dimensional envelope consisting of that portion of the Total Lands described as Parts ● on the plan attached as Schedule B, together with the improvements constructed on such lands from time to time, including the Stadium Retail Component, and associated parking;

More Definitions of Retail Component

Retail Component is shown on the Site Map and described in the Scope of Development. “Retail Component Developer” shall mean the Developer or Developer’s assignee with respect to the Retail Component pursuant to Section 603.2(g) or as otherwise approved by the Director.
Retail Component shall collectively mean the retail space located on the first (1st) above-ground level of the Building, measuring approximately 18,588 of gross leasable area. Landlord reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to add all or any part of the second (2nd) floor premises of the Building to the Retail Component (and, thereafter, to re-add said premises back to the Office Component) at any time and from time to time. In any such event, the square footage of the Retail Component shall be revised to reflect the reallocation of premises.
Retail Component means the portion of the Improvements belonging to the Lead Borrower consisting of approximately 119,446 square feet of gross leasable retail area.
Retail Component has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Improvements” herein.
Retail Component means the approximately 25,000 square feet of usable space utilizing the ground floor, second floor mezzanine, and basement, as well as use of the adjacent paseo for outdoor dining. The Retail Component is more particularly described in the Scope of Development.
Retail Component is defined in Section 3.1.4.
Retail Component shall have the meaning set forth in Recital C above.
