Retail Market definition

Retail Market means the Market held on a Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday of each week.
Retail Market means a market whether established in pursuance of any written law or otherwise in which agricultural produce is offered for sale by retail.

Retail Market means (i) on-line and catalog retailers, (ii) businesses that generally meet the retail market characteristics listed on Exhibit H and (iii) businesses that directly or indirectly sell products to businesses described in clause (i) or (ii), provided that solely for purposes of this Agreement the Retail Market shall not include NAPA. Breach of this Section 14.2 is a material breach of this Agreement.
