Retail Offer definition

Retail Offer means the retail offer by the Selling Shareholder in the UK pursuant to the Direct Retail Offer and the Intermediaries Offer and, in relation to the Direct Retail Offer only, to Permitted Service Personnel;
Retail Offer means the retail offer proposed to be made by the Company on the close of the Company’s General Meeting via the Bookbuild Platform to allow persons situated in the United Kingdom to subscribe for Retail Offer Shares at the Placing Price

  • Anyone who wishes to apply for New Shares under the Retail Entitlement Offer will need to apply in accordance with the instructions contained in the Retail Offer Booklet and the entitlement and acceptance form that will accompany it.

  • Any Institutional Offer Shares allocated to buyers within the Philippines will be re- allocated to the Trading Participants and Retail Offer for distribution by the Domestic Lead Underwriters and Bookrunners, based on mutual agreement between the International Bookrunners and Lead Managers, and the Domestic Lead Underwriters and Bookrunners, and the Company.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Company desires to modify or amend, in any material respect, the terms and conditions of the Retail Offer prior to the expiration of the Retail Offer Period, the Company shall deliver to each Claimant a new Retail Offer Notice and the Retail Offer Period shall expire on the fifth (5th) Business Day after such Claimant’s receipt of such new Retail Offer Notice.
