RETAIL OPERATIONS means Target® Stores, Target Greatland®, Super Target®, Xxxxxx.xxx, any other retail store operated by Target or its affiliates, and any merchandising activities conducted by Target or its affiliates in the Territory in connection therewith, including by way of example and not limitation, direct mail, kiosk, internet and websites thereon, and other wireless and electronic activities whether now known or hereafter developed.
RETAIL OPERATIONS means a project with a physical location from which the general public may directly purchase merchandise or direct services and does not include distribution centers, the corporate functions associated with retailing, or other activities associated with retailing that may be accomplished from any physical location or that are not dependent on proximity to end consumers for retail sales.

Proof of eligibility may include, but is not limited to, documents associated with the retail commercial fishing vessel, such as current commercial fishing licenses, fishdelivery tickets, and/or other proof that the seafood is in fact the applicant’s catch.3. Vessel owners must register crew members when registering the vessel to sell fish.
