Retail Service means those services described in RCW
Retail Service means a Telecommunications Service that is provided to the end user or subscriber and not to another Telecommunications Operator.

Retail Service. WiredWest will provide the following to Customers: broadband-based Internet access service; Voice over Internet Protocol (“VoIP”) telephone service; associated equipment (“Retail Services”).
