Retail Stores definition

Retail Stores means establishments engaged in; sales of food (excluding fish and shellfish) drugs, clothing, jewelry, stationery, or similar personal or specialty items, and the like.
Retail Stores means traditional brick and mortar retail establishments.
Retail Stores means RadioShack Company Owned Stores and participating independent RadioShack dealers and franchisees operating under RadioShack Franchise Agreements or Authorized Sales Center Agreements with RadioShack in the Territory.
