Retained Information definition

Retained Information has the meaning set forth in Section 7.04.
Retained Information means all Information that is primarily related to the Retained Business.
Retained Information means any and all books and records prepared and maintained by Seller in connection with the Business (i) to the extent that such books and records do not relate exclusively to the Business, (ii) relating to litigation existing prior to the Closing Date that is not an Assumed Liability or (iii) relating primarily to Excluded Assets or Excluded Liabilities.

Examples of Retained Information in a sentence

  • On the Effective Date, the Plan Administrator shall be permitted to abandon (with or without destruction), any information that is not Retained Information.

  • After the Effective Date, the Plan Administrator shall preserve the Retained Information until the date that is one (1) year following the closing of the Bankruptcy Case.

  • Such Retained Information shall be treated by the Receiving Party in accordance with this Agreement.

  • On the Effective Date, the Debtor shall be permitted to abandon (with or without destruction) any information that is not Retained Information.
