Buyer will not conduct any business or offer any goods or services under the Retained Marks.
Retained Marks will appear on some of the assets of the Company Group, including on signage throughout the real property and pipeline rights of way of the Company Group, and on supplies, materials, stationery, brochures, advertising materials, manuals and similar consumable items or other collateral, be it physical or digital, of the Company Group.
Buyer will not send, or cause to be sent, any correspondence or other materials to any Person on any stationery that contains any Retained Marks or otherwise operate the Company Group in any manner which would or might confuse any Person into believing that Buyer has any right, title, interest, or license to use the Retained Marks.
Buyer shall obtain no right, title, interest, license or any other right whatsoever to use the Retained Marks.
