Retained Proceeds definition

Retained Proceeds means the aggregate of:
Retained Proceeds means, collectively, the Retained Declined Proceeds and the Retained Asset Sale Proceeds.

Retained Proceeds means the Unpaid Claims Reserve plus a portion of the Cash in the Estates, as determined by the Liquidating Agent in its reasonable discretion on or immediately prior to the Effective Date and from time to time thereafter after consulting in good faith with the Creditor Trustee or the Committee (as applicable), that shall be retained in the Estates as a reserve fund to cover, among other things, (a) payments to Holders of Disputed Claims in Class 1 or Class 2 or Disputed Claims that are asserted as Administrative Expense Claims or Tax Claims, which are not Allowed Claims on the Effective Date or any applicable Distribution Date (it being understood that the Bankruptcy Court may, at the request of the Liquidating Agent, fix the amount of the reserve fund allocated to Disputed Claims);
Retained Proceeds shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.
Retained Proceeds means, at any time, (a) an amount of the net issue proceeds of the Bonds (other than the Retained Bonds) which have not been advanced to the Borrower pursuant to the Loan Agreement at such time (if any) plus (b) an amount of the net sale proceeds of the Retained Bonds (less any Retained Bond Premium Amount) which are not advanced to the Borrower pursuant to the Loan Agreement immediately following receipt thereof by the Issuer and have not subsequently been advanced to the Borrower (if any);

Retained Proceeds means anything received on account of, or in exchange for, any non-cash Retained Distribution. “Retained Distributions” shall mean all Borrower Distributions that are received by the Guaranteed Parties and that are not subject to a turn-over to Holdings pursuant to the last sentence of the definition of “Borrower Distributions” or paragraph 3(c) or paragraph 3(d) hereof.
