Retainer Services definition

Retainer Services means Services delivered on a retainer basis, as particularised in the Quote. Set-Up Fee means any amount payable for us to set up your Services, as set out in the Quote.

Retainer Services means Managed Services as stated for in an Order Form, whereby the Client commits to a certain annual amount to be used for various Managed Services, to be agreed to by the parties, during a 12-month period, and whereby Client pays in advance a retainer portion of the annual commitment quarterly, or as otherwise specified in the Order Form.

Retainer Services means web maintenance contracts, digital marketing and search engine optimisation services and other services (but not including hosting services) that have regular ongoing payments as set out in the Order Form.

Examples of Retainer Services in a sentence

• Delivery of hours purchased as Retainer Services is at the onset of the applicable retainer period.

• Incident Response Retainer Services (Base) include a Remote Service (as defined below) for a single endpoint annually, and are available for a term of either 12, 24, or 36 months.

• If Consultant provides less than a full month of Retainer Services, the Retainer Fee shall be prorated on a daily basis based on the actual number of days of Retainer Services provided in proportion to the actual number of days in such month of the Term.

• Customers of Incident Response Retainer Services (Base) may purchase Additional Service Day(s) as needed during an Incident Investigation.

• Endpoint Technology and Network Traffic Analysis (NTA) Technology are used to perform the IR Retainer Services.

• The following table illustrates the Service features associated with the Incident Response Retainer Services (Base).

Retainer Services means Services and such other tasks as are agreed between You and Web Wonks that are to be provided for a 12-month period or such other period agreed to in writing between the Parties.
