Service Period means, with respect to any Service, the period commencing on the applicable Distribution Date and ending on the earliest to occur of (a) the date that a Party terminates the provision of such Service pursuant to Section 5.03 and (b) the date, if any, specified for termination of such Service on the Schedules hereto, or, if no such date is specified, the date that is the eighteen (18)-month anniversary of the applicable Distribution Date.
Service & Term XOOM Energy Ohio, LLC (“XOOM” or “Company”) agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. The Term of this Agreement will begin on the next available meter read date after processing of the request by XOOM and your gas utility, and will continue for the Contract Term as set forth in the accompanying Contract Summary, which is incorporated into this Agreement. Termination of Service means:
Service Termination Date means the last Day in a month upon which Service shall terminate, as set forth in a Schedule of Service and subject to any renewal thereof.
Vesting Period means the period of time specified by the Committee during which vesting restrictions for an Award are applicable.
Ramp-Up Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to, but excluding, September 23, 2016.
Vesting Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(c)(ii).
Continuous Status as an Employee, Director or Consultant means the employment or relationship as a Director or Consultant is not interrupted or terminated. The Board, in its sole discretion, may determine whether Continuous Status as an Employee, Director or Consultant shall be considered interrupted in the case of: (i) any leave of absence approved by the Board, including sick leave, military leave, or any other personal leave; or (ii) transfers between locations of the Company or between the Company, Affiliates or their successors.
Minimum Period of Service means a period of 12 consecutive months beginning on the Service Start Date, unless set out otherwise in any applicable Order.
